Ken is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of GRP Energy. He is responsible for finding and executing new transactions, monitoring and expanding the portfolio, and managing the firm’s strategic and investment objectives.
Ken has completed or been involved in more than 500 transactions across all major U.S. oil and gas basins, representing over $3 billion in aggregate capital.
Prior to founding GRP in 2007, Ken co-founded Granite Advisory LLC, advising energy and finance professionals on acquisitions and divestitures of non-operated working interests. He previously served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Divestitures at Noble Royalties, Inc., where he led a team of geologists, engineers, landmen, and financial analysts focused on mineral and royalty assets.

Kevin is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of GRP Energy. He is responsible for finding and executing new transactions, monitoring and expanding the portfolio, and managing the firm’s strategic and investment objectives.
Kevin has completed or been involved in more than 500 transactions across all major U.S. oil and gas basins, representing over $3 billion in aggregate capital.
Prior to founding GRP in 2007, Kevin co-founded Granite Advisory LLC, advising energy and finance professionals on acquisitions and divestitures of non-operated working interests. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Noble Royalties, Inc. and President of Compass Royalty Management, where he led A&D, business development, and finance.
Kevin received a B.A. in Management from Sam Houston State University.
Conner is President of Finance and Operations at GRP Energy. His responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, and executing new transactions, as well as managing the portfolio.
Conner has completed or been involved in more than 20 transactions across all major U.S. oil and gas basins, representing over $4 billion in aggregate capital.
Prior to joining GRP, Conner was with Piper Sandler in their Energy and Power Investment Banking group, focusing on M&A and capital markets transactions.
Conner received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Mississippi
Kyle is Vice President of Engineering at GRP Energy. His responsibilities include underwriting new transactions and managing the portfolio.
Kyle has completed or been involved in more than 350 transactions across all major U.S. oil and gas basins, representing over $2.75 billion in aggregate capital.
Prior to joining GRP, Kyle was Manager of Acquisitions and Technical Services at Noble Royalties, Inc., where he coordinated third-party reserve reporting for more than 100,000 properties and evaluated acquisition opportunities across all major U.S. oil and gas basins. Before that, he was a petroleum analyst at Netherland, Sewell & Associates.
Kyle received a B.S. in Applied Mathematical Sciences from Texas A&M University with a concentration in Mathematical Finance.
Bruce Morris is Vice President of Business Development at GRP Energy. His responsibilities include the sourcing and execution of new transactions.
Bruce has completed more than 350 transactions across eight U.S. oil and gas basins, representing over $1.5 billion in acquisitions.
Prior to joining GRP, Bruce was Vice President of Acquisitions at Blackriver, a family energy company focused on mineral and royalty assets. Previously, he was with Noble Royalties, Inc., in the A&D group.
Bruce received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Missouri–Columbia and completed additional studies at Imperial College London.
Alex Straw is Senior Reservoir Engineer at GRP Energy. Her responsibilities include underwriting new transactions and managing the portfolio.
Alex has assisted in the successful transaction of more than $3 billion in operated, non-operated, and mineral assets.
Prior to joining GRP, Alex was Director of Engineering at Eagle River Energy Advisors, where she led data and engineering work for M&A clients across all major U.S. oil and gas basins and supported more than 60 closed asset transactions. Before that, she held production and reservoir engineering roles at Caerus Oil & Gas.
Alex received a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, with honors, from the Colorado School of Mines.
Reymundo is Head of Land at GRP Energy. His responsibilities include underwriting and diligence for new transactions and managing the portfolio.
Reymundo has completed or been involved in more than $1.5 billion in mineral and royalty transactions.
Prior to joining GRP, Reymundo was a Landman at Range Resources. He previously served as a Petroleum Landman at Harold J. Anderson, Inc. and RedSky Land, LLC, where focused on leasehold acquisitions across Texas, Louisiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
Reymundo received a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.
Nancy Cardona
Executive Assistant, Business Manager
Nancy Cardona is an Executive Assistant and Business Manager at GRP Energy. Her responsibilities include administrative coordination and oversight of all business operations.
Nancy has over 25 years of experience across private equity and banking. Prior to joining GRP Energy, Nancy was Vice President at Park Cities Bank.
Lexi Cardona is an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at GRP Energy. Her responsibilities include administrative coordination and oversight of office operations.
Lexi received a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
